I enjoy creating short films using compact equipment. These days, you don't need large, expensive gear to tell your story effectively. I personally rely on my Sony A6500 with a variety of lenses and my iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Miss Petite (YouTube Channel)

My latest passion project is a YouTube channel where I showcase my petite collection of kawaii and nostalgic Japanese miniatures. After years of slowly building my collection, I decided to document the unboxing process on my channel, which I affectionately named Miss Petite. The videos feature unboxings, a bit of experimental stop motion, and even some history and trivia. I also refer to this as my Pandemic Project! Below are some of my videos.

Petite Films

Small is beautiful.  Below are some small, personal films I handcrafted from shoot to post.

Profile: Itsy Dazo

Itsy launches her first solo art exhibit, and she shared her journey from ad agency art director, to kindergarten teacher. I conducted the interview, shot the footage and edited the petite feature.

Stefan + Marie

A petite wedding film- with petite equipment! Just an iPhone 5s and a Canon S95. Lovingly handcrafted for my younger sister when she wed in Basel, Switzerland. Edited and color corrected on Autodesk Smoke.

12 Mornings

A petite film documenting my morning route when my sisters, niece and I visited our Uncle in his hometown in Ohta-ku, Tokyo. This was a scheduled reunion trip with my  late father's best friend, my Uncle Chic. However, by the time we arrived in October, my  89 year old Uncle's health was failing and was  already checked-in the Ikegami hospital . This was our daily route from his home in Kugahara, to Ikegami hospital for 12 mornings.
